Instructions for Use
Preparation
Ensure the equipment (heat press, ironing machine, or roller laminator) is clean and set to the required parameters.
Make sure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust.
Positioning & Pressing
Place the TPU hot melt film between the two substrates or at the bonding area.
Apply heat, pressure, and time according to the recommended parameters.
Cooling & Curing
After pressing, allow the bonded materials to cool to room temperature for complete curing.
Notes
Test on small samples before mass production to determine optimal parameters for each material.
Excessive temperature may cause yellowing or loss of elasticity.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
