Instructions for Use
Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of dust or oil.
Use specialized PUR edge banding equipment with temperature control.
Melting
Heat adhesive to the recommended application temperature.
Maintain proper tank and roller temperature during operation.
Application
Apply adhesive evenly to the edge surface.
Quickly bond the edge banding material under pressure.
Curing
Allow adhesive to react with ambient moisture for full curing.
Initial strength is achieved within minutes; final curing takes 24 hours.
