Instructions for Use
Preparation
Ensure the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust or oil.
Use a hot melt adhesive machine or spray equipment with adjustable temperature.
Melting
Add adhesive into the melting equipment and heat to the recommended operating temperature.
Maintain stable heating to ensure consistent viscosity.
Application
Apply molten adhesive evenly on EPE or bonding substrates.
Quickly press and align parts together to achieve firm bonding.
Curing
Allow adhesive to cool and solidify naturally under pressure.
Avoid moving parts before complete curing.
Notes
Avoid overheating to prevent adhesive degradation.
Keep the working environment ventilated and dry.
Store adhesive in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight.
