ZBJ-2201 Folding Hot Melt Adhesive

Folding hot melt adhesive is specially designed for bonding folding boxes, cartons, and other paper-based packaging materials. It provides excellent adhesion, fast setting speed, and stable viscosity, ensuring precise folding and strong bonding without glue overflow.

Instructions for Use

Preparation
- Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust or oil.
- Adjust folder-gluer machine settings according to production speed and glue characteristics.
Melting
- Load adhesive granules into the glue tank and heat to the recommended temperature.
- Maintain temperature stability to ensure consistent glue flow.
Application
- Apply molten adhesive evenly on folding edges or bonding areas.
- Fold and press cartons immediately after glue application.
Curing
- Allow adhesive to set within seconds and hold position until fully cured.
- Avoid movement or stress during curing.
Notes
- Avoid overheating to prevent glue degradation and carbonization.
- Regularly clean glue equipment to maintain stable performance.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
