Instructions for Use
Preparation
Ensure the sealing surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil or dust.
Adjust glue equipment according to bag thickness and film material.
Melting
Place glue blocks into the tank and heat to the recommended operating temperature.
Maintain stable temperature to ensure proper viscosity.
Application
Apply molten adhesive evenly on sealing areas of the bag.
Press or laminate the film surfaces together immediately.
Curing
Hold the sealed area in place until the adhesive cools and sets.
Avoid applying stress before full curing is achieved.
Notes
Avoid overheating to prevent adhesive degradation.
Keep equipment clean and remove carbonized residue regularly.
Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment away from sunlight and moisture.
