EVA Hot Melt Film

EVA adhesive film is a thermoplastic elastomer film made from copolymerized ethylene and vinyl acetate. It features excellent flexibility, transparency, and weather resistance. Manufactured with eco-friendly materials, it offers good low-temperature performance and high bonding strength. EVA film can be firmly bonded to various substrates such as fabrics, plastics, and leather via heat pressing or hot-melt processes, widely used in packaging, footwear, textile lamination, solar panel encapsulation, and other applications.

Instructions for Use

  1. Preparation

    • Use appropriate heat press equipment such as heat press machines, ironing machines, or roller presses.

    • Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease or dust.

  2. Heat Press Process

    • Place EVA adhesive film between two substrates to be bonded.

    • Set suitable temperature, pressure, and time according to product parameters.

  3. Cooling and Curing

    • After heat pressing, allow the bonded materials to cool to room temperature to ensure full curing and optimal bonding strength.

  4. Notes

    • Perform small sample tests with different materials to determine optimal parameters.

    • Avoid excessive temperature to prevent film aging or discoloration.

    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
