Instructions for Use
Preparation
Select appropriate heat press equipment such as heat press machines, roller laminators, or ironing machines.
Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease or dust.
Heat Press Operation
Place the PO hot melt adhesive film between the substrates to be bonded.
Set suitable temperature, pressure, and time according to product parameters and complete heat pressing.
Cooling and Curing
Allow the bonded materials to cool to room temperature to ensure complete curing and secure adhesion.
Notes
Conduct small sample tests for different materials to optimize process parameters.
Avoid excessive temperatures that could deform or degrade the film.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
