120℃ High Temperature Resistant Hot Melt Glue Stick

The High Temperature Resistant Hot Melt Glue Stick is specially formulated to maintain superior bonding performance under elevated temperatures. It is made from high-performance EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), Polyamide (PA), or Polyolefin (PO) combined with tackifying resins and antioxidant stabilizers.

Compared to standard hot melt glue sticks, this product can withstand high temperatures of 100℃ to 150℃ while maintaining strong adhesion without softening or delaminating, making it ideal for applications in high-temperature environments or products requiring heat-resistant storage and transportation.

Once cured, the adhesive layer is tough yet flexible, with excellent heat aging resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance. The product is low-odor, solvent-free, and compliant with RoHS / REACH environmental standards.

Applications

Industrial Manufacturing

  • Automotive interiors and high-temperature components (e.g., engine bay wire harness fixing)

  • Home appliance assembly (e.g., oven door seals, water heater components)

  • Bonding of parts in high-temperature operating equipment

Electronics & Electrical

  • Positioning of electronic components in high-temperature environments

  • Heat-resistant cable and wiring fixation

Packaging & Sealing

  • Carton sealing and packaging for high-temperature transportation conditions

  • Bonding of metals, ceramics, glass, and other heat-resistant materials

Instructions for Use

  1. Preparation

    • Use an industrial glue gun with adjustable temperature control (180℃ ~ 210℃).

    • Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust.

  2. Heating

    • Insert the glue stick into the glue gun and preheat for 3–5 minutes to the recommended operating temperature.

  3. Application

    • Apply the molten adhesive evenly onto the substrate surface and complete bonding within the open time.

  4. Pressing & Curing

    • Press both surfaces together for 10–30 seconds until the glue cools and solidifies.

Safety Notes

  • Wear protective gloves during high-temperature application to prevent burns.

  • Not recommended for continuous exposure to temperatures above 150℃.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat.
