Instructions for Use
Preparation
Use an industrial glue gun with adjustable temperature control (180℃ ~ 210℃).
Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust.
Heating
Insert the glue stick into the glue gun and preheat for 3–5 minutes to the recommended operating temperature.
Application
Apply the molten adhesive evenly onto the substrate surface and complete bonding within the open time.
Pressing & Curing
Press both surfaces together for 10–30 seconds until the glue cools and solidifies.
Safety Notes
Wear protective gloves during high-temperature application to prevent burns.
Not recommended for continuous exposure to temperatures above 150℃.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat.
