Water-Based Vacuum Thermoforming Adhesive is an eco-friendly adhesive with
water-based polyurethane emulsion as its core component, specially designed for
vacuum thermoforming processes. After application via spraying or roll coating, it enables
high-strength bonding between plastic films (such as PVC, PETG, ABS) and substrates
(such as wood, particleboard) under heat and vacuum pressure. The cured adhesive layer
is flexible, fold-resistant, and heat-resistant,capable of accommodating film stretching
and substrate deformation. With low VOC emissions and convenient construction, it is
widely used in film cladding and decorative lamination for furniture cabinet doors,
architectural wall panels, automotive interior parts, and other scenarios,balancing
bonding strength and aesthetic texture.
